As shown on each service page and on the booking screen. The price shown is the total, with nothing added beyond the charges below.

Additional retouched photographs as shown on each page.
Anything a page marks as quoted (hair and makeup, sessions on location, event coverage, commercial photography) is quoted before booking.
Bank transfer fees, including for international transfers, are paid by the customer.
Studio rental: add-ons (lighting kit, white backdrop, bedroom) as shown on the rental page, and extra time in 30-minute blocks at the hourly rate if the studio is free.
- Payment
Studio and outdoor portraits: credit card or cash, on the day.
Corporate: cash, credit card or bank transfer, at the latest before the final photographs are delivered.
Studio rental: credit card, in advance, when booking; cash is not accepted.
- When the service is provided
Photography: on the agreed date, with a private gallery within 24 hours and retouched photographs within 7 days of selection.
Studio rental: at the booked date and time.
- Cancellation
Studio portraits, outdoor portraits and corporate photography: no payment is due before the session, so it can be postponed or cancelled free of charge.
Studio rental: 90% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before, none within 24 hours, refunded to the card used.
- Privacy
Booking: I collect the name, email address and optional comment you enter, only to handle your booking and to write to you about it. I keep them as long as I need them to run the booking, and delete them when you ask by email.
Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site or me.
Calendar and email: the booking is saved in my iCloud calendar, and confirmations and reminders are sent from contact@jgstudio.tokyo.
Statistics: visits are measured with events that carry no name, email address or other personal data.
